    Requirements

    Profile requirements:
    - Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Finance or related field required.
    - Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in cost accounting/management accounting/plant controlling/business analysis/auditing
    - Good communication, presentation, networking skills
    - Good ability to gather and analyze data and to work with high volume of data
    - Reliable and responsible
    - Good Computer skills including proficiency in MS Office products (Excel)
    - ERP Systems experience preferred (SAP preferred)
    - English: medium-advanced.

    Responsibilities

    Main responsibilities:

    - Main contact for business unit manager for financial information
    - Ensure complete, accurate and timely monthly closure for group reporting
    - Review of month-end accruals, margins and fix costs
    - Regular review of key financial performance indicators in order to anticipate potential negative deviations, allowing the business unit manager to take the right corrective actions in due time
    - Proposal for continuous development of controlling instruments to increase transparency and efficiency as well as further development of KPIs
    - Questioning, analyzing and optimizing business processes
    - Actively participating in ad-hoc analysis as required, to help business unit manager in decision making, assessing risk and providing recommendations
    - presenting findings, analyses and recommendations to management
    - Support Budget and Forecast process, observing strict deadlines and following-up on deliverables with stakeholders; perform reasonability analysis of assumptions used in budget/forecast and highlight areas of attention to management
    - Participate and provide support during audits of the related areas of responsibility
