    Requirements

    • ERP (SAP) system knowledge is an advantage;
    • PC literate in MS Office especially MS Excel;
    • Proficient in English and German language skills at advanced level;
    • Experience 2-4 years;
    • Graduate/Experience in Accounting/Economics;
    • Good verbal/written communication skills;
    • Focused on process improvements;
    • Problem analysis and problem solving;
    • Focused on meeting deadlines;
    • Team spirit

    Responsibilities

    • Processing invoices (PO&non PO) as per SLA and accuracy;
    • Processing payments as per the schedule and ad ad-hoc;
    • Follow up invoices relevant for discount for early payments and obtain maximum discount;
    • Performs quality checks;
    • Months End reporting and Management Reporting (SLAs, KPIs, dashboards…);
    • Handling Vendor queries;
    • Handling invoices exceptions (Discrepancy resolution);
    • Process T
    • Mentor and assist new hires in their accommodation period;
    • Escalates issues at the right time and to the correct owner.
