What should I bring to the table?
- Excellent communication skills
- Minimum of High School degree
- Proficiency in English and German
- Familiar with Recruitment processes in ERP
- Proficient in MS-Office (preferably Excel)
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Administrative writing and reporting skills
- Written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent Analytical capabilities
What will my new role be about?
- Generate offer letter as per country requirements
- Coordinate with vendors and conduct pre employment checks
- Communicate candidate feedback
- Generate employee ID and update candidate details
- Coordinate and facilitate Day 1 onboarding requirements for the employee
- Adhere to compliance
- Reporting & Analysis of candidate data
- Audit Management - Support internal/external audits
- Query resolution
