Bonus and Promotions Manager

The ideal colleague should have:

- +1 years’ experience in the gambling industry
- Excellent organisational skills
- Highly numerical and analytical
- Gives great attention to details
- Good understanding of online gambling bonusing and promotions
- Constant drive to make things better/ to improve the way things work
- Excellent utilization of Microsoft Office

Responsibilities:

- Setup of bonuses that support the promotion mechanisms and rewarding conditions
- Create bonus plans and analyse the impact of each bonus to evaluate efficiency
- Be part of the systems and processes that serve the promotional needs of multiple products with maximum efficiency and flawless execution.
- Give feedback and recommendations to improve bonusing related systems & processes
- Work closely with the Brand Manager to drive product improvements, operational efficiency, reach marketing and business goals and help in risk management.
- Be responsible for ensuring the quality of the promotional customer journey.
- Continuous competitor analysis to benchmark company’s utilization of bonus tools.
- Working with multiple stakeholders across Gaming, Sport, Product & Technology.
