    Cerinte

    University studies (human resources, economics etc);
    Strong knowledge of Labor Legislation;
    Relevant experience in recruitment and HR admin for at least 3 years;
    Good attention to details, analysis capacity;
    Fluency in English;
    Verry good communication skills;
    Good PC operating skills.

    Responsabilitati

    Conducting the recruitment process (posting job adds, first CV selection, interviews programing, conducting first interviews, sending recruitment feedback etc);
    Preparing and administrating employee work-related documents (employment contracts, Appendix, Decisions, Job description, Revisal, termination documents etc);
    Preparing and maintaing updated organization charts and specific reports;
    Collecting and centralizing all documents related to payroll (vacation days evidence, attendance file, medical leave etc);
    Preparing and issuing employee certifications;
    Maintaining the relation with the medical services & other benefits suppliers;
    Maintaining the employee data base actualized with employee’s information;
    Activities related to employee development (organizing training sessions, employee events etc).
