    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
    • 3+ years HR experience in HR
    • Highly organized, able to effectively manage competing priorities under pressure
    • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills and ability to express empathy and patience
    • Strong attention to detail and ability to context switch between different HR Operational processes
    • Fluency in English

    Responsibilities

    • Managing and updating HR databases with different information such as new hirings, terminations, personal and job data changes.
    • Development and continuous improvement of the induction program for new employees
    • Highly organized, able to effectively manage competing priorities under pressure
    • Developing the matrix of competencies for all employees and of the specific training needs for each employee or group of employees to continuously improve the knowledge, skills, competencies and behaviors in the position occupied
    • Identify the training needs of the employees
    • Collecting information from other departments or notify other departments of information relevant to their processes
    • Collecting, verifying, organizing, compiling, or updating electronically company personnel records and documentation
    • Maintaining schedule and coordinate calendar activities
    • Working with other internal or client teams to execute HR processes
    • Capturing new knowledge in the internal database and update process documentation as needed
    • Establishing a succession plan at any level in the factory based on the competency assessments.
    • Establishes and follows the training master plan developed based on needs and collaborates with product manager & HR to fulfill the trainings
    • Follow the effectiveness of the performed trainings establishing based on the obtained results: retraining when the effectiveness is not the desired one
    • Coordinates the process of integration of new employees
    • Selects the providers of training and specialization courses.
    • Establishes the goals and objectives of the training and / or presentations, as well as the training methods.
    • Elaborates training materials, case studies, role-play, etc.
    • It can effectively support training programs, in accordance with the needs and objectives of the company and of the employees.
    • Performs feedback / evaluation of the trainees and prepares training reports to the internal beneficiary clients.
    • Elaborates proposals for other needs identified during the training and makes development proposals. Provides support regarding the delegations of the employees in the group: accommodation, transport, meals, keeps in touch with the employees in delegation
    • Coordinates the process of annual periodical medical check-ups as well as the reporting process of the pregnant employees to the Occupational Medicine Doctor and the state institutions
    • Managing employee medical assurance
    • Draws up the documents of employment, liquidation, return to work of the persons from maternity leave, additional documents regarding the work schedule of the employees and sends them in time to the payroll department for ITM reporting
    • Prepares medical certificates requested by the company's employees Manages the employees' timesheet in the electronic application
    • Manage the cabinets for new employees, hands over the protective equipment to the new employees
    • Participates in events organized together with foundations regarding various ongoing projects
