    •Minimum 3 years of work experience in similar position or a minimum of 5 years working experience in insurance/financial services business
    •Demonstrated experience in business process optimization and ability to lead and facilitate cross line of business/cross functional process documentation and improvement
    •Demonstrated experience in analyzing and modeling business processes and process flows, information and information flows, and business rules
    •Ability to drive change
    •Has deep understanding of the business, its products and services, and general business landscape
    •Proven experience with business requirement analysis and modeling. Ability to develop and identify, translate, and articulate business needs, challenge and assess requirements
    •Experience in working of modelling languages: UML, BPMN 2.0, Archimate 3.0 and modelling tools: MS Visio, Enterprise Architect (Sparx), or other


    •Assure definition of end-to-end business processes, mapping, optimization, and communication of them – performs initial organizational assessment, creates plan to improve the process governance (process, framework, methodology, tooling), creates communication plan, coordinates process owners/managers/other business users in the process
    •Develop and coach internal business team members to understand and use BPM methodologies through clear and consistent communication
    •Accountable for the maintenance, evolution and applicability of the governing processes/methodology
    •Conducts proactive and consistent research to identify process improvement opportunities including areas of focus, scoping of the project, prioritization, key deliverables, and successful outcomes
    •Coordinates the documentation and monitoring of business processes to assess current state; Identifies standardization and simplification opportunities and emerging requirements for improving business processes
    •Collaborate with Business Architects to understand how processes need to change to deliver business goals
    •Collaborate with Solution Architects to ensure performance, maintainability and scalability of the processes
