    Job Description:

    Continental he[a]t PMT aims to strengthen his Learning Design capability, supporting internal customers (HoS Solution Teams) globally to develop and deploy efficient and high quality learning items (e.g. (virtual) classrooom trainings, videos, e-leanrings) . Within your role as a Learning Designer in the HoS Academy you will be responsible to drive Learning Item Design Process based on the content delivered by the HoS Subject Matter Experts.



    * To design a learner-centric Learning Item (e.g. (virtual) class room trainings, eLearnings, Videos, Readings etc.) in collaboration with Subject Matter Experts.
    * Consulting internal customers (e.g. Prduct Owners, Subject Matter Expert) on how to translate their learning objectives into effective Learning Items.
    * Designing of multimedia materials: animations, audio, video, simulations, ...
    * Applying state-of-the-art instructional design theories, practice and methods.
    * Asure the Quality of the eTraining materials.
    * Conduct the cross department collaborations to achieve an efficient Learning Item creation.
    * Support the the purchasing process of external design vendors (if applicable).
    * Becoming an active member of Continental's Learning Community.

    Job Requirements:
    This is what it takes to be a successful in Learning Designer for Technical eLearning Courses: Demonstrated Skills in:



    * using learning design autooring tools( e.g. Camtasiea, TTKF, Articulate,...);
    * visual design (Adobe Tools, GIMP, ...);
    * structuring learning items;
    * abstraction and Structuring technics (mind mapping);
    * usage of MS Office;
    * usage of English language to write instructional text.
