    Responsabilitati


    Responsabilitati:

    - Interactionarea in mod curent cu clientii prin intermediul telefonului
    - Promovarea produselor si serviciilor
    - Asigurarea intelegerii corecte de catre client a informatiilor despre produse si oferire de informatii suplimentare despre respectivele produse
    - Ascultarea atenta a nevoilor clientului, intelegerea nevoilor si empatizarea cu acestea
    - Pastrarea confidentialitatii informatiilor
