    Mission:
    • The Accounting & Payroll Controller ensures accounting quality of activities of the payroll cycles in accordance with Group-defined deadlines and local and Group accounting standards.
    • He/ She is responsible for accounting data and economic consistency for accounts in his/her scope.
    • He/ She is responsible for the tasks that are part of accounting payroll closing process.
    • He/ She collaborates with the Local Accounting Manager for the payroll cycles.
    • He/ She promotes standardization of processes, acting as an intermediary between the factory (Business Partner Controller & Human Resources Department) and other departments/entities (e.g. Conduent, Accounting Review teams) including by coordinating the implementation of best practices.
    • He/ She plays the role of Key User for the payroll cycles.
    • He/ She develops, organizes and can provide the training for different people regarding the systems and the processes used in the current activity.

    • Previous experience in Business Analysis/Reporting/ GL/AP/AR;

    Responsabilitati

    Main responsibilities:
    • Launch the payroll processes in the involved ISIT systems.
    • Calculate, prepare and book the necessary accounting journals (accruals, cost reclassifications, others) for the payroll expenses.
    • Ensure quality and completeness of information recorded in Subledger, General Ledger and also all detailed accounting reports according to the payroll cycles. Action plan to address non quality and improve quality.
    • Analysis and control of cycle transactions, reporting functionally to Local Accounting Manager.
    • Perform accounts reconciliation and justification activities.
    • Prepare reporting package for payroll.
    • Perform different analysis for payroll cycles at the request of the Chief Accountant.
    • Cycles’ deliverables and data necessary for Legal auditors and tax/regulations controllers are provided within plan deadlines and comply with expected quality level.
    • Works with other CBS service lines in order to ensure standardization and the exchange of good practices between business entities.
    • Regarding the Key User part: first level contact towards business partners concerning any question about his/her scope, ERP tools and other ISIT systems, training service.
