    Your mission is to:

    provide level 2 business support to partners and facilitates levels 1, 2 and 3 support coordination to
    guarantee target performance for the processes and applications within the business lines Around and
    Beyond Tyres: Service and Solutions (SES), Experiences (EXP), High Tech Materials (MHT) within the
    following perimeter in Europe and America: Source to Pay, Order to Cash, Billing intragroup and non-group,
    Inventory / Costing, General Ledger/Cash Management
    empower the Business Support Analysts (NBS BSA) and users of his/her domain to solve operational issues
    at first touch;
    contribute to the process definition and/or coordinate process implementation / development.

    What will you bring in the team?

    Fluency in English (French is nice to have)
    Very good Excel skills and beyond (proven interest in automation tools is desirable – BI, Data Loader, Power

    Main responsibilities:
    The ‘progress’ mission is expected to cover at least 60% of the workload while the ‘operations’ mission is expected to be up to 40% of the total workload

    In the progress area (60%):

    Participates to the improvements for the NBS activities (the improvements can be measured in terms of efficiency, lead time and quality)
    Recommends improvements of the processes, tools and organization within the NBS scope.
    Share ideas with the NBS BSA, Group Process Engineers network and also collect best practices through this network.
    Leads the project of implementation of new or improved processes, tools and organizations by managing the cost, quality and time dimensions of those projects. Those projects will be covering activities from Service and Solutions (SES), Experiences (EXP), High Tech Materials (MHT)
    Leads the testing campaign of new or improved tools and processes. This will be done by planning the test, tracking the progress and taking actions in order to ensure the quality and timeliness of the testing campaign.
    Contribution to ‘New Businesses’ development
    Collaborate with the NBS stakeholders’ network and CBS experts for topics like: new businesses development, process development to improve customer experience

    In the operational area (40%)

    Understands the process’ specifics which support the three business lines. The ‘NBS Operations Leader’ (NBS BSE) assures deadline and quality KPI achievement and will coordinate with the ‘NBS Operations Analysts’ (BSA) and internal / external partners to achieve it.
    Works as the 2nd level of escalation for the operational issues raised by the partners: either solves the issue and work on the documentation of the solution in a timely manner or ensures the quick escalation of the issue to the level 3 people
    Trains the NBS BSAs, new or not, on the activities performed within NBS. This includes the training on the new activities which can be added to the NBS scope of responsibility.
    Ensures the shadowing period for the new team members. This includes alerts and proposition of actions in case of a shadowing period not going well.
    Ensures the backup for a position of the NBS BSA or NBS Manager in case of critical situation
