Essential Requirements
• Excellent Hungarian & Romanian language skills and good English skills are required
• Technical background and knowledge
• Ability to use troubleshooting techniques and tools to identify technical defects/issues
• Outstanding customer handling skills
• Motivation to constantly improve your technical knowledge

Join us as a Technical Support Engineer on our Product Services team in Halle (need relocation) to do the best work of your career and make a profound social impact.
What you’ll achieve
As a Technical Support Engineer, you will work with highly skilled technical advisors to develop and deliver solutions that enable customers to maximize returns on IT investments, drive efficiencies and reduce costs.
You will:
• Provide technical support on Dell supplied server and storage products
• Identify and resolving issues affecting customer server systems
• Actively support the customer in all aspects through to problem resolution, keeping the customer informed and updated throughout life of incident
• Engage necessary support staff to resolve escalations in as short a timeframe as possible
• Attend required technical training sessions and makes effective use of assigned lab time
