    Cerinte

    Minim 1-2 ani experienta;
    Cunostinte de operare PC: MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point);
    Excelente abilitati de comunicare si lucru in echipa;
    Capacitatea de a lucra autonom;
    Cunoașterea limbii engleze la nivel mediu;
    Experienta in industria constructiilor constituie un avantaj.

    Responsabilitati

    Intocmirea si tinerea evidentei fiselor de client;
    Intocmirea dispozitiilor de livrare si incasare a banilor, primirea si inregistrarea electronica a CEC-urilor si BO-urilor de la clienti;
    Acordarea de suport la intocmirea rapoartelor de inchidere de luna: productie, transport, etc, precum si la calcularea discount-urilor si provizioanelor lunare;
    Tinerea evidentei zilnice a productiei, intocmirea si transmiterea raportului productiei catre persoanele stabilite (manageri, sefi statii, reprezentantii de vanzari, sefi laboratoare, VAP specialist);
    Inregistrarea, indosarierea, copiarea, scanarea, transmiterea, arhivarea documentele societatii;
    Asigurarea corespondentei cu statiile de betoane si sediul central si intocmirea de borderouri;
    Comandarea de produse necesare si asigurarea organizarii intalnirilor, vizitelor, sedintelor si evenimentelor potrivit solicitarilor sefului ierarhic;
    Intocmirea pontajului;
    Asigurarea necesarului de papetarie si alte materiale necesare desfasurarii activitatilor.
