    Bosch Automotive Blaj is a production unit that started its activity in 2007, under Bosch Rexroth division, for Industrial Technology sector. The plant grew fast, in terms of both buildings and products, and starting with 2012 it began to produce for Automotive Industry, specifically for Chassis Control System and Powertrain Solutions.

    Our associates give great innovation and quality that is why, from 2020, Bosch Blaj will be lead plant for knock sensors. Blaj is one of the three plants in Europe where NOx Sensors are produced, sensors that are part of Bosch revolutionary innovation in diesel technology.

    Qualifications

    What distinguishes you:

    • Fluent in English and Romanian (spoken and written)
    • Basic Knowledge of Microsoft Office
    • Strong communication skills
    • Organizational skills
    • German language is a plus
    • University degree on going

    • The ability to be proactive and use your initiative: to see what needs doing and to do it
    • The ability to use standard software packages (eg. Microsoft Office, Outlook)

    Job Description

    Your contribution to something big:

    • The duties and attributions of the job include secretarial work as well as collaboration in the specified field
    • Office Organization for Department Head (abbr. HoD), including preparation and organization of meetings
    • Responsible Person for Organizing Business trips and delegation/reimbursement papers for the HOD after returning from business trips
    • Responsible Person for management and customer visits for the department (transfers, hotel bookings, meeting room preparation)
    • Supporting the Department head in organizing the department (task delegation, follow up, employee information)
    • Synchronization and Connecting department with other support departments
    • Responsible for Information Management (gathering and spreading) (i.e. in the department meeting, in shop floor meetings, Lernstatt)
    • 5S method (sort - set in order - shine - standardize - sustain) officer for Office areas and Meeting rooms
    • Active tracking of major monthly appointments / events / visits: request and prepare open points for HoD, check of the delegation / flight etc. needed, 1 month prior
    • Places office material orders for office
    • Tracks and inform HoD on Tasks from Plant Meetings OPLs (i.e. CMT...) 2 weeks prior to target date
    • Organizes and orders kitchen products
    • Organizing the post - in and out system - sending, picking up and handle the documents for department
    • Support the new employees with (office materials, work equipment, IT requests)
    • Responsible for the meeting rooms allocated to the office (Organizing meetings- declining and accept it, checking the 5S, technical equipment
    • Support in power point presentation for different meetings
