Manpower Romania is recruiting a customer support for one of its client. The position is 100% remote.
· Excellent speaking and writing skills in Russian/English fluency in speaking and writing correctly and at ease
·Previous work experience in an international hospitality environment
· Specialized skills required: Good Communication and Customer Support skills, any experience in BPO /
Contact center will be an added advantage
· Graduate in any discipline
· Willingness to search for required information from customer with a strong focus on solving clients requests
· Proficient in Microsoft Office, Outlook
· B2C (Business to Consumer) Customer support for Accommodations.
There will be a bit of B2B (Business to Business) support also to their Hotel/Accommodation partners regarding payments/cancellation etc.
· Our team will answer client (majority) and some hotels (minority) calls/emails asking for Customer Support on matters such as: how to make a reservation; where can client see/find services offered by the hotel/apartment; how to make reservation changes; reservations cancelation; access with kids/animals restrictions etc.; payment cancellations or refunds.
· Work type: Voice calls (incoming) and email work
· Candidates must have medium English skills as the Training, training content, PC applications are all English
· Previous travel/hospitality (hotels industry) work experience is a solid advantage
