    Responsibilities

    Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

    • Initiating telephone and email contact, to discover commercial white space opportunities in assigned territory

    • Look for commercial white space leads by utilizing all the provided internal and 3rd party tools

    • Maximizing coverage within the defined region and penetrating organizations with Veeam products by providing support to qualified prospects (including follow up, product information, quotations and closures);

    • Meet monthly KPI's such as number of created Commercial opportunities for white space (measured through the weekly/ monthly SalesForce.Com activity reports);

    • Participation in call-out days and events;

    • Update CRM (SalesForce.Com) with lead information and actions (calls, mails, demos etc.);

    • Participation in customer meetings with Inside Sales Representative/ System Engineer's;

    • Developing a solid working knowledge of Veeam Software products and the benefits they provide to potential customers;

    • Keeping track of new product releases and marketing updates;

    • Engagement with the Lead Qualification expert for best practice and experience share, to develop hard and soft skills necessary for correct qualification of commercial customers

    • Attendance to SDR community meetings on different topics;

    • Helping Team Leaders with newly hired ISA's training and on-boarding;

    • Maintaining and promoting a successful and positive work environment;

    • The obligation to fulfill professional goals and targets based on the performance indicators at the individual, department, company level;

    • The obligation to report and register on time, complete and correct data required on applications and tools / applications specific internal systems;

    • Any other service tasks and responsibilities assigned by the department manager.

    Requirements

    Experience

    • Previous experience - Business-to-business (B2B) sales experience of high-tech products/services is mandatory

    • Bachelor's Degree preferred (a combination of education and experience will be considered)

    Knowledge

    • Fluent English and Italian

    • Knowledge of virtualization industry and the ability to relay information to potential customers is a plus

    • Proficiency in MSOffice based automation tools (Excel, Outlook, etc)

    • Knowledge of Salesforce.com is a plus

    • IT knowledge - Strong interest and passion for technology innovation and the industry is a plus
