- Bachelor Degree in Business Administration/ Engineering/ Supply Chain Management;
- Purchasing/ Production/ Logistics experience min. 3 years;
- MRO experience for indirect purchasing, ideally Chemicals Purchasing;
- Fluently spoken and written English, German would be an advantage;
- Good negotiation skills;
- MS Office skills (Excel, Powerpoint, Word, Teams).

- Strategic and operational purchasing of assigned scope as category expert;
- Internal demand and project management as per business requirements to maximize purchasing benefits for Bosch;
- Build effective relations to internal stakeholders (e.g. human resources departments, travel management, marketing, development departments, others) with the target to ensure early involvement and effective project coordination;
- Mentorships according to SRM;
- Prepare and execute tenders (RFI / RFQ);
- Design negotiation strategies and conduct negotiations with suppliers;
- Prepare purchasing decisions and contractual agreements;
- Ensure compliance requirements;
- Manage suppliers to ensure timely deliveries and quality compliance, incl. supplier data quality, supplier evaluations, contract management;
- Ensure purchasing master data quality and support process efficiency improvements (e.g. automation of ordering processes via electronic catalogues);
- Conduct market analysis to identify market trends, risks and opportunities.
