    Job role The role is responsible for delivering efficient and effective Customer focused Performance & Rewards related services with focus on the grading/ job evaluation. The incumbent will be trained on the specific grading methodology used in Allianz.  

    Responsibilities

    • Consult, advise and support Customer’s HR Business Partners in collecting all necessary data and documentation for launching the grading request.
    • Act as owner of the grading tools and documents templates – propose periodical updates following the needs identified and customize the documents to the specific customer needs.
    • Update all grading data bases and organizational charts with most recent information provided by the Customers.
    • Run the grading exercise based on the job evaluation methodology in use and using cross comparison to similar roles as available in the grading data base.
    • Present and align grading results within the agreed approval flow.
    • Prepare presentations for the grading exercises, offering rationales for the results as support for the customer’s top management decision-making.
    Requirements
    • University degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or similar.
    • Minimum 2 years of HR experience, preferably in global organizations.
    • Proficiency in MS Office knowledge, particularly in Excel and PowerPoint (mandatory).
    • Fluency in English is mandatory, an additional language would be an advantage.
    Skills
    • Ability to work independently as well as engaging with various stakeholders in virtual teams across various continents and cultures.
    • Very good communication skills and the ability to simplify complex topics also for non-experts, manage various interests and steer discussions to a desired end.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, hands on mentality with capability to deliver results.
    • Good assertiveness and organizational skills, capable of dealing with multiple priorities.
