    Qualifications

    Education:

    • Masters and Bachelor's degree in communication, journalism, public relations, marketing or some related field
    • Minimum 4 years of relevant professional experience.
    • High proficiency in both Romanian and English (oral and written)
    • Strong writing, editing, proofreading, professional printing/publishing skills are essential, including ability to present concepts verbally
    • Familiarity with information technology
    • Knowledge and understanding of communications practices, tools and techniques in social media.
    • Self-motivated with a positive and professional approach
    • Excellent computer operating skills MS Office - Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook

    Personality:

    • Passion and enthusiasm for content writing and technology.
    • Communication and team-orientation
    • Sense of humour and creativity.
    • Reliable and good working attitude
    • Able to work in a group setting with people of diverse backgrounds

    Job Description

    • Implement an internal and external communications strategy that incudes media outreach and social media.
    • Plan, edit, write and review content for a variety of internal communications mediums, such as employee intranet, monthly newsletter, regular email bulletin, internal magazine, department external presentations
    • Ensure internal communications messages are consistent across all mediums and for different departments of the organization
    • Prepare articles, press releases or other materials for external publications
    • Use social media to communicate and engage associates and attract talents
    • Maintain internal communication messages in line with external communication messages
    • Respond to feedback and adjust communications content accordingly
    • Handle the internal communication response to crisis situations
    • Manage and organize business and technical events
    • Prepare communication activity reports
    • Serve as brand ambassador at various events, like career fairs, on-campus recruiting events or business events.
    • Coordinate multidisciplinary teams for certain activities
