    Who are you and what kind of soft skills are we looking for?

    University Degree;
    minimum 1 year experience in HR activities in a multinational company;
    thorough knowledge in Microfost Office suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word);
    Good knowledge of HR processes;
    English level - fluent (minimum B2 level);
    interpersonal communication skills, ability to self organize, teamwork, innovation, motivating others, organizing and planning, problem solving, time management, flexibility, results oriented.

    Responsabilitati

    Responsibilities:

    Supporting the Change & Transformation team in the implementation of strategic People and Organization initiatives (. soft skills/leadership programmes, onboarding, performance management, succession planning, talent management, diversity and inclusion), with focus on:
    Onboarding program
    - create and update the onboarding materials,
    - communicate with hiring managers and tutors and advice on their role in the onboarding process,
    - organize and coordinate the onboarding events, facilitate workshops
    - record and report onboarding activities
    Recruiting
    - support People Business Partners in the recruiting process by posting the open positions on available platforms
    - organize Recruitment events for Internship positions
    - ensure reporting, analysis and budgeting for Internship programme
    - exit interviews
    Participate in the design of communication campaigns meant to increase people awareness on P&O strategic initiatives;
    Facilitation of internal workshops and presentations of the programs to business.
