    Responsibilities

    Project Description:Take part in the successful relocation of overseas staff. Provide support on a range of corporate immigration and relocation issues and ensure that immigration records are properly maintained.
    Responsibilities:
    Main Duties:

    Provide up to date advice on relocation requirements to Luxoft staff ensuring all reporting in compliance with local regulations including:

    • Collect all relevant work permit documentation
    • Supervise work permit applications
    • Assist Luxoft staff with preparation for necessary documents (both for internal or external candidates)
    • Monitor and report changes in Company or employee circumstances in accordance with relocation requirements
    • Liaise with Visa lawyers for clarification of issues relating specific casework
    • Ensure changes to the Visa process are communicated to the appropriate Luxoft teams
    • Where applicable ensure migrants comply with their obligation to register with police when they arrive in the destination location and when they move home, support them through the process.
    • Action changes and informs relevant colleagues when employees transfer to or out of the destination location i.e. normal exit process.
    • Maintenance personnel relocation records in accordance with Company policy if required by local legislation


    International Visa Application support
    Research and support applications for working visas for international location for a variety of nationalities ensuring compliance with visa issue authority's regulations.

    • Collect all relevant supporting documentation
    • Assist with the completion of applications
    • Support employees with ongoing compliance after visa has been issued and employees relocate
    • Report changes of circumstances of employees with international work visas
    • Action changes and inform relevant colleagues when employees transfer in their new location and when leaving the location
