Continuous Improvement Supervisor

- Engineering degree (Mechanical, Materials, Industrial Management or Mechatronic)
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in continuous improvement
- Experience as production/quality engineer
- Proficient user of continuous improvement methodologies in industrial scenarios (Problem solving tools, 5S, SMED, Six Sigma, Mapping tools, etc.)
- Greenbelt certification in LEAN methodology (preferred)
- Results oriented and priority management in multitask scenarios
- Collaboration, communication, negotiation, leadership and problem-solving skills - Positive and proactive attitude to identify opportunities within challenges
- Training capabilities
- Availability to participate in a training program in BA plants (abroad).
- Proficient in data analysis digital tools and applications such as Minitab, Excel or Power Bi.
- Proficient in English

- Development and coordination of continuous improvement initiatives that are aligned with the strategy plan and monitor results.
- Dynamization and support on the implementation of corrective actions with follow-up at production site (end-to-end)
- Maintain project execution up to date
- Suggest and support benchmarking initiatives considering overall process overview. - Continuous interaction with production teams
- Analysis of processes performance data for improvement opportunities identification - Support and be the driver in a continuous improvement mindset
- To take part a corporate continuous improvement team with a global strategy
- Projects status follow-up and reporting to management, sponsors and process improvement team
