    Job Description:

    The position will be part of a global team of IT professionals focused on support of global applications utilizing agile implementation methodologies. This position will work closely with functional leaders, organizational units, and subject matter experts to identify and deploy solutions to business problems. Responsibilities:



    * Ensures a future-oriented development of the service;
    * Responsible for the smooth operation of the entire service chain;
    * Coordinates relevant stakeholders and has an overview on the whole process;
    * Responsible for the availability and performance of the service, as defined in the SLA;
    * Decides what goes into the product backlog and, equally important, what does not;
    * Maintains the product backlog and orders the items in the backlog to deliver the highest value;
    * Works with the Team and the stakeholders to continuously improve the quality of the product backlog and everyone's understanding of the items it contains;
    * Keep abreast with Agile/Scrum best practices and new trends;
    * Decides when to ship the product, with a preference toward more frequent delivery;
    * Communicates information about the service to stakeholders and represents the complete service across the internal organization;
    * Participates in negotiating SLAs, UC?s and OLAs.

    Job Requirements:

    Qualifications:



    * Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology. Engineering or equivalent;
    * Familiar with Linux and/or Windows environments;
    * IT Service Management skills and ITIL knowledge required;
    * Ability to prioritize effectively;
    * Knowledge of Scrum and Agile Methodology;
    * Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills with strong customer focus;
    * English (fluently), German is a plus;
    * Strong communications and interpersonal skills required.
