    Sales Consulting activates on the HR market since 1998, having a national coverage in several areas of expertise: recruiting and selection assessment center HR market mapping/due diligence projects, personnel leasing, payroll.

    Sales Consulting has 2 fully operational branches: Cluj-Napoca (also the head-office) and Bucharest.
    We are developing various projects (Recruitment, Training and Consultancy) in some of the most varied type of industries:
    - AUTOMOTIVE/PRODUCTION/ENGINEERING (Specialists and Middle & Top Management positions)
    - OUTSOURCING (BPO/SSC/CC)
    - IT & C (C++, C#, .NET, Java, Linux etc)
    - FMCG (sales & purchasing positions; all levels)
    - PHARMA (all levels)

    Cerinte

    - You have a Bachelor’s Degree;
    - You have at least 3 years of experience in recruitment; experience in industries such as BPOs / SSCs or in the financial field is an advantage;
    - Previous experience in direct search project management is an advantage;
    - You are an organized person, with very good project & time management skills;
    - You show initiative and are results-oriented;
    - You have very good communication and presentation skills;
    - You are fluent in English; knowledge of the German language is an advantage.

    Responsabilitati

    - Providing a direct impact on the organization by attracting the most suitable talents in accordance with the business needs of the Global Business Services;
    - Coordinating end-to-end recruitment and selection projects and being a discussion partner for managers at all stages of the process;
    - Ensuring a positive experience for the candidates throughout the process, thus contributing to maintaining the position of Top Employer in the market;
    - Updating and developing specific recruitment concepts and tools (guides, forms, procedures, assessment centers, etc.);
    - Coordinating projects with national impact as Project Manager, according to the department's strategy;
    - Being an ambassador of the employer brand and you providing support in the implementation of employer branding campaigns.
