The below opening is for a Senior Digital Marketing Specialist for Global Nurture Campaigns.
Ideal candidate:
You have database marketing skills, you know how to segment data, and can craft offers that appeal at different stages of the sales and marketing funnel.
You have a good understanding of the lead and sales lifecycle, and have ideas on how to convert prospects.
You are a combination of technical, creative and process-oriented mind.
You have analytical tendencies with a natural curiosity to measure, test, learn, and iterate to get the best results possible.
You are at ease with new applications / tools.
You have the ability to work to tight deadlines and prioritize workload.
You are a strategic thinker who can identify improvement points and proactively propose ideas / new options to the manager.
You are a natural networker and communicator with the ability to build and maintain a strong network with various requesters, projects contributors and teams.
COMPETENCIES & QUALIFICATIONS:
Knowledge of marketing automation concepts and best practices
Preferably, previous experience working in Eloqua marketing automation and segmentation
Excellent command of English language and written and verbal communication skills
Excellent ability to analyze data and interpret the “story” or actions.
Very strong attention to detail
Strengths in technical (marketing automation program structure) and creative skills (email copy, content topics)
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Work across a dynamic ecosystem of stakeholders to help define, develop, and implement nurture campaign strategies.
Provide hands-on support, produce assets, build programs and offer customized consulting services for global nurture campaigns.
Manage marketing automation efforts and processes, proactively researching and implementing the latest best practices, strategies, and industry standards.
Analyze and understand segments and profiles.
Understand and evaluate campaign metrics, distribute campaign performance to the marketing teams and provide recommendations back to the business.
Dive deep into data with reports and dashboards to provide visibility into campaign results, and effectiveness.
Analyze and identify possible connections with other tools across the marketing stack.
Understand how best to leverage technologies to help lead nurturing programs.
Test and optimize messaging, offers and online experiences to drive the greatest conversion rates.
Ensure business objectives are achieved by focusing on best practices and process improvements.
Provide clear and concise documentation for stakeholder teams that outline strategy, tactics, goals, and performance for campaigns.
