Senior Project Engineer (Project Manager)

• Technical Bachelor degree – preferably in Mechanical Engineering;
• Relevant prior experience of approx. 2 years in a similar position;
• Advanced command of English;
• Superior communication abilities and knowhow of technical standards, policies and codes of benchmarking;
• Superior project management skills in point of coordination and follow up;
•Time management and decision taking skills.

• Manages the customer communication from the product design phase throughout the “life series” phase (product changes, product relocation), being responsible with the customer’s requirements completion;
• Plans the project, defines its checklists, manages the projects’ evaluations and assures the proper implementation of the projects’ elements;
• Defines, along with the project team, the project’s execution plan along with the list of necessary resources (material, financial, and headcount);
• Provides assistance for the manufacturing lines installation;
• Takes over and manages on going projects and establishes the audit criteria for their proper implementation;
• Keeps a close collaboration with the technical department managers in order to solve possible technical bottlenecks in the projects’ implementation.
