    Cerinte

    • Proven work experience as a Technical Recruiter (IT)
    • Practical experience with various interview formats (phone, Skype and structured)
    • Technical expertise with the ability to understand and explain the job requirements for IT roles
    • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and CV databases
    • Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g., social media recruitment and Boolean search)
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • solid understanding of human resources practices and labor law
    • English at least intermediate level

    Responsabilitati

    •Conducting end-to-end recruitment processes in IT field– sourcing, screening and providing a shortlist of qualified candidates for various technical roles;
    •Networking online and offline with potential candidates to promote our employer brand, reduce our time-to-hire and ensure we attract the best professionals;
    •Stay in close contact with the candidates throughout the entire recruitment process, keeping them informed and providing feedback
    •Develop and implement the sourcing strategy for priority open roles and sourcing pipeline strategy for soon-to-be open roles;
    •Direct collaboration with hiring managers to understand position requirements and identify key requirements for each requisition, working closely to develop strategies according to their business needs;
    •Working with employment agencies and career offices of technical universities to build candidates and trainees pipelines;
    •Preparing for and participating in external job fairs and marketing events;
    •Supporting HR Manager and HR peers in other HR areas, as per needs;
    •Contribute to continuous development of recruitment and selection process
    •Write periodical reports and specific documents regarding the recruitment projects
    •Update the candidates’ database with all required information
