Customer Service Advisor - German and English (remote)

We are looking for someone with...
• Excellent speaking and writing skills in German (C1 level) and English (minimum B2)
• Good Communication and Customer Service skills, any experience in BPO / Contact center will be an added advantage
• The ability to build strong relationships with customers

As a customer support advisor, you will be responsible for handling incoming calls from customers regarding their flight reservations (flight changes, canceled flights).

• Full-time Contract
• Working hours: 10:00 – 19:00, Monday-Friday (no weekends)
