    Requirements

    We’re looking for client-oriented candidates who are native or near-native DUTCH speakers (C1 or C2 level) to join our Elite Customer Support team for our newest project!

    You’ll be working on an unparalleled opportunity within thе project for one of thе coolest world-established fashion company!
    You will provide first-class service for a renowned group that sells its own brand fashion clothing to a young audience (16-30 years old) in over 100 countries, with over 10 million followers on social and fans all over thе world.

    This job is for you if you have:

    Experience in customer support or BPO environment
    Experience in front office communication channels (calls, e-mails and chats)
    Native level/fluency in Dutch or at least C1 both verbal and written.
    Advanced level of English, both spoken and written
    Positive attitude & excited to discover new CX approaches;
    Strong interpersonal and communication skills
    Excellent customer focus (both verbal and written).
    Problem solving oriented, desire to investigative
    Multi-tasking skills with highest attention to detail.
    Ability to work under pressure
    Ability to work in fast-paced environments
    Be flexible and adaptable to new situations


    Responsibilities

    Providing solutions regarding after-sales, order and delivery issues
    Ensuring all communication is handled professionally and promptly but with a human touch
    Demonstrating strong product knowledge to ensure all customers queries are answered making them promoters of the brand
    Building a special connection with customers and providing exceptional service

    PLEASE NOTE : The first 2-3 weeks of activity are at the office and afterwards, a mix between work from home and work at the office
