Communication skills
- Experience in recruiting minimum staff: 2 years
- Research skills, knowledge of labor law
- Skills for writing work procedures / policies
- Mastery of the Romanian language, English - advanced level
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office package (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Confident, dynamic, organized person.
