Job skills:
-Proven successful track record in a similar role;
-Minimum 3 years experience in one of the category: Outsourcing & Offshoring,
-Professional Services, Marketing, Real Estate / Facility Management / Logistics;
-Excellent interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills;
-Strong analytical and organizational skills;
-Ability to multi-task and perform under pressure;
-Focused to deliver saving and to constantly find cost reduction opportunities for the clients;
-Excellent analytical skills and mindset;
-Good problem-solving, relationship management, escalation management and influencing skills with a strong customer-service orientation;
-Good understanding of Sourcing Operations processes and best practices;
-Ready to interact with stakeholders from all organisational levels;
-A delivery-focused sourcer and a team player who feels comfortable creating their own profile and credibility;
-Previous experience in working with any of the Source to Contract tools: SAP, Ariba, Zycus, Ivalua, etc;
-Excellent German written and verbal communication skills;
-Excellent English written and verbal communication skills;
-Proficient in Microsoft Office;

Job responsibilities and tasks:
-Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with internal/external client;
-Negotiating with vendors and building positive, long-term relationships;
-Supplier evaluation and bid analysis – provide input and recommendations;
-Adhering to the client’s corporate standards, including using the defined sourcing tools and processes in the delivery of sourcing initiatives;
-Ensuring the functional KPIs, SLAs and other performance objectives are met including savings targets;
-Perform spend analysis to proactively identify savings opportunities;
-Forecast and report savings;
-Support and run RFx, eAuction – create and manage event in e-sourcing tool;
-Identifying ways to improve related business-as-usual processes – including the development of standard templates and processes, and identifying and implementing automation opportunities;
