Your tasks:

• As part of our recruiting team you support the recruitment process for the assigned positions, in accordance to the company processes and policies:

• drafting and posting job ads
• sourcing and screening of applications
• scheduling and conducting interviews
• maintaining professional contact with everyone involved in the recruitment process, namely hiring managers, recruiters and candidates;

• You offer support and participate in company events such as workshops and job fairs;
• You maintain the candidate database and deliver accurate data through regular reporting on the recruiting activities;
• You offer support in employer branding topics;
• You work closely with the recruitment team, the marketing team, the hiring managers and colleagues
• Special tasks (e.g. involvement in global working groups) will complete and expand your scope of duties;

• Student in Human Resources, Business Administration, Economics, or any other relevant academic background;
• Growth mindset and ability to in a complex matrix organization and across diverse cultures;
• Good communication and analytical skills;
• You are a result-driven, customer oriented, open-minded, and “hands-on” personality;
• Very good verbal and written English skills.
