    Cerinte

    • Fluency in English, both written & spoken
    • Have the ability to communicate in a technical and non-technical language
    • ITIL V3.0 Foundation minimum
    • Experience of leading/facilitating calls with technical and non-technical teams
    • Experience in a network environment

    Responsabilitati

    • Compiling and delivering accurate incident communications within the agreed SLA
    • Attending incident bridges with relevant support teams & customers
    • Agreeing incident priorities
    • Owning & keeping timeline of events up to date via whiteboard during incident bridges
    • Escalating to Vendors & Management when there is a risk of SLA being breached and there is no clear resolution path
    • Driving incidents through to resolution
    • Provide regular updates directly to management when required
    • Provide Exec Summary and Major Incident report
    • Support Problem Management in Post Incident Reviews
    • Be Part of On Call Rota in order to represent incident management out of hours for executive escalations & High/Critical incidents
