    Who we're looking for:

    • Willing to learn Tidemark.
    • Ability to communicate technical direction, to make decisions, and to work autonomously.
    • Requires strong analytical, conceptual and problem-solving abilities.
    • Good communication in English, both written and verbal.
    • Experience with reports design and implementation
    • Experience with data warehouse design would be a plus.
    • Experience with any business intelligence platform would be a plus
    • Experience in the finance area would be a plus
    • Ability to work independently on projects and collaborate as a contributing team member.


    Work you'll do:

    • Level 1 & Level 2 Tidemark support activity (Level 3 in France).
    • Implement proposed solutions or collaborate with different teams for developing or auctioning on them.
    • Create, run and investigate various analytical reports.
    • Investigate new approaches to provide technical solutions to the problems faced by the business.
    • Draft and maintain technical documentation, contribute to the creation of manuals and documentation for the users.
    • Provide technical support to internal customers (controlling depts) on existing and new tools/systems. Resolve bugs and issues.
