    Your work experience:
    Minimum 1 year of experience as a Customer Support Specialist or similar CS role;

    Responsibilities

    Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via chat and rarely by phone;

    Place tickets and initiate troubleshooting;

    Diagnose and solve technical inquires that occur;

    Place tickets and initiate troubleshooting;

    Update our internal databases with information about technical issues and useful discussions with customers;

    Train users to properly use our product and services;

    Identify customer needs and help customers use specific features;

    Follow up with customers to ensure their technical issues are resolved;
