Strong internal recruiter experience in either gaming or technology (or both!)
Ability to create headcount forecasts with C Level
Ability to juggle multiple key stakeholders and their needs when hiring for their top priority roles
Evidence of delivering employer brand initiatives to strengthen a companies position within the market
A positive attitude and character
Manage all recruitment requests and seek necessary approval gathering the necessary requirements
Create a recruitment strategy for each role/department on the best ways to attract talent in that market
Spot trends and patterns in the market and report back to the HoHR, HRMs and Hiring Managers
Train hiring managers on best practice recruitment methods and approaches
Headhunt top talent for iSoftBet
Keep an open pipeline of talent for a proactive approach to recruitment in the future
Manage the day-to-day recruitment admin for recruitment campaigns seeking support from local HR Officers/HR Specialists
Liaising regularly with the HRM’s to keep aligned on the recruitment forecast
Hold regular headcount planning sessions with the HoHR, HRM’s and C Level
