    Job description:

    As Junior Sales Manager you will be part of multinational team of Sales Area. You will have interfaces to the operational department of the Business Area with regards to the responsibilities: Manage all sales / volume planning related topics:



    * Permanent update of projects (prices, take-rates, SOP, EOP, decision date, R&D cost & reimbursements);
    * Lead Planning activities for 5 years sales planning for customer center (price input file, communicate due dates, plausibility checks, etc.);
    * Create downloads and reports;
    * Preparation for Volume Review Meetings;
    * Check if aggregation levels are correct;
    * Work on alerts: CharCombs, missing prices, SOP, EOP. Lead Credit Management activities:
    * Create overview of overdue payments per location and status;
    * Push locations to close topics (e.g. price differences, logistic claims, etc.);
    * Support to get missing documents such like purchase orders, logistic and warranty documents;
    * Invoice R&D cost to customer, maintain payment overview and track payments;
    * Support for operative BD topics (change management, sample coordination).


    Job requirements:



    * University or master's degree in Finance / Economics /Technical Engineering;
    * Minimum 2 years of professional experience in an international industrial company preferred in Sales, Logistics or Business Development;
    * English - Advanced skills for writing, reading, and speaking;
    * Advanced communication skills and good teamwork spirit;
    * Sales negotiation and logistics knowledge basic;
    * High motivation and flexibility;
    * Proficient in Microsoft Office/ Excel;
    * Good analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills;
    * Ability to work in an international team environment.
