- Maintain high-quality customer service levels and be able to work fast and in a polite manner
- Give product recommendations where appropriate
- Cash/card handling
- Preparing the necessary products for the kitchen
- Arranging stock in the bistro's display cabinets
- Ensuring cleanliness at the workplace
- Assisting in the clearing of tables (if necessary).
- Notification of possible non-conformities in product quality
- Checking and ensuring that all products are correctly rotated and within the expiry date
- Suppling the bistro with products from the production area (when applicable)
- Compliance with the work schedule
