Managing the end-to-end recruitment process;
- Understanding the job description;
- Selecting the competncies for each role;
- Identifying & contacting suitable candidates;
- Interviewing candidates;
- Writing the HR evaluation and presenting it to the client;
- Presenting the job offer and maintaining a close relationship with the candidates along the recruitment process;
- Coaching the candidates throughout the recruitment process;
- Negotiating with the clients when the case.

- Language Test (Romanian & English).
