    • Work experience in Telecom Core Packet Switch: GGSN, PGW, SGSN, MME, DNS.
    • Work experience in Networks: Router/Switch/Firewall Fortinet
    • Good knowledge of Telecom Networks (both PS and CS): LTE, NB-IOT
    • Expert hands-on experience in working on Fortinet, Athonet.
    • Knowledge of the following protocols: GTP, RADIUS, Diameter, IP, BGP, MP-BGP, MPLS, L3-VPN, IPSEC
    • Experience using Linux/UNIX or other open source operating systems.
    • Experience using virtualization systems (VMWare, etc.)
    • Work experience with Public Cloud: AWS
    • Practical experience in using packet sniffer and analysis tools like Wireshark, Ethereal (tcpdump. etc)
    • Experience with OSS tools: Elastic Search, Grafana.
    • Experience in solving advanced problems, detailed analysis and implementation of solutions
    • Experience in a multinational environment
    • English proficiency (B2-C1)


    • To deliver technical support for network applications and systems (2nd Line support)
    • Provides high-level technical support and operatively resolves incidents in the functionality of hardware and software systems.
    • For some of the services provided, to modify and adapt the software solutions for a better performance and experience offered to the customers.
    • To review the technical and functional specifications of information systems and to implement them in the process of modifying or adapting hardware and software solutions;
    • Performs an impact analysis, proposes, develops and implements technical solutions related to the basic functionality of the software, with the final result of solving incidents and advanced technical problems and thus improving customer experience.
    • Coordinates with other technical teams (Supplier/Vendor) in order to solve the incidents.
    • Identify automation opportunities and develop the needed scripts
    • For each of the supported platforms it is ready to participate in the creation of documentation and procedures.
    • He is ready to work on-call outside the normal working hours.
    • Works in accordance with operational agreements and for meeting key service performance indicators (speed, response time, error rate)
