    Job Requirements:

    Good knowledge of German language is required
    Good knowledge of English language, both spoken and written
    Ability to work optimally on a solo basis and also within a team environment
    To be able to communicate in a clear manner both written and spoken
    Customer service and attention to details skills
    Teammate abilities

    Nice to have but not mandatory: Knowledge/ experience within the Financial sector.

    Responsabilitati

    Main responsibilities as follows:

    You will be in charge to tackle situations related with orders, invoices, credit accounts, subscriptions, cancellations
    Handling of office works as issuing, processing, following up, checking, transferring, reporting for different financial actions
    Responsible for checking the accurate amount of the payments and the amounts entered in the accounts.
