    Requirements

    • 1 or more years of experience on SAP Basis - basic experience
    • Basic experience with at least 2 databases (one should be Hana and the other could be DB2, Oracle, MSSQL or Sybase)
    • Experience with multiple solutions from SAP (ECC, ERP, BW, SCM, S4HANA, PI/PO, BOBJ, GRC)
    • Basic experience on Windows and Linux operating systems
    • Experience with ITIL and at least one ticketing tool

    Responsibilities

    As an SAP Support you will be expected to support a variety of SAP environments working directly with the client to maintain and support the client’s landscapes.

    • Work in shifts which may include weekends as required by the project
    • Deliver 1st and 2nd level support consulting services
    • Be in direct contact with the customer via phone, email, or ticketing system
    • Operate SAP technology-based system landscapes to achieve ambitious SLA requirements
    • Work in alignment with the company procedures to ensure an efficient and quality service
    • Perform root cause analysis and provide solutions to customers in complex environments for specific fields/areas/solutions
    • Collaborate with teams in other regions and/or functions across the globe
    • Actively provide customer feedback to development based on delivery
    • Support customers in their transformation to S/4HANA (on premise or cloud) and/or to the Cloud Be engaged on the latest technologies and SAP products
    • Be accountable for projects and services and deliver Enterprise Support services / projects
    • Find learning opportunities in daily tasks by staying curious and open to new experiences that will improve technical and functional knowledge
