French language mandatory - proficiency level.
English language – beginner (A2).

Main responsibilities as follows:
You will assist the clients through phone or/and ticketing system for various types of financial operations, such as card/ banking application blocking, due to fraud/ lost/ theft.
You will provide information related to bank account statement, payment transactions, banking card status.
You will provide assistance to those clients who want to lodge an appeal for their order.
