    Tasks / responsibilities

    Responsible for the following activities focused on ECU cybersecurity R&D:

    • Starting from project’s Cyber Security requirements/constrains, development of required software strategies in the ECU Communication and Diagnostic Communication domains.
    • Definition of Communication Software Components in terms of interfaces, internal behavior, timing and deployment in multicore real time systems
    • Support the definition of functional and software architectures for correct requirements mapping for Communication and Diagnostic Communications domains
    • Ensure reuse of solution among different projects
    • Ensure that implemented solutions are compliant with cost target (RAM, ROM,CPU exec time)
    • Measure and monitor software module static and dynamic metrics.
    • Achieve software module formal quality target defined by company Process Guidelines

    Requirements / Candidate’s profile

    Strong Knowledge

    • Cyber Security Topics in Automotive
    • Electronic embedded cybersecurity hardware architectures
    • Embedded standard algorithm cryptography
    • Standard Automotive Communication Protocols (UDS, KWP2000, CCP, XCP)
    • Automotive Communication Networks (CAN, CANFD, Ethernet, LIN)
    • E2E protections principles
    • Vehicle On Board security principles
    • Autosar Software Architecture standards (focus on Autosar Communication Stack solutions)
    • Software architecture and SW development principles and practices (focus on multicore platform)
    • Real Time Embedded Systems
    • C language, Polyspace, MISRA
    • English Language (at least B2 level)

    Good Knowledge

    • Up to date knowledge of the latest Cyber Security trends and hacker tactics
    • Diagnosis and Diagnostic Communication in Automotive application
    • Vector Autosar Toolchain
    • Vector CANalyzer
    • Vector CANdela
