Recruitment Senior Analyst with English

You are fluent in English;

Capable of manage end to end recruitment process (min 5 years of experience as recruiter or minimum 3 years as Recruiter and other experience in HR )

Be able to work with senior stakeholders

You are proficient in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, Power Point);

You have excellent communication skills;

You have attention to details and analytical skills.

Managing end to end recruitment process for the internal needs posting, preselecting candidates, phone and face to face interviews;

Identifying suitable candidates, according to the desired profile;

Using head hunting and direct search techniques cold calling, networking in order to track down suitable candidates;

Posting job positions on internal and external job markets and sending confirmations;

Performing daily screening of incoming applications;

Evaluating applicants if they meet the position requirements and rejecting candidate if the minimum requirements are not met;

Following up with the candidates selected if there are missing documents;

Collecting feedback from the hiring manager, scheduling meetings with the candidates remained on shortlist;

Giving the final feedback to the candidates
