Proven sourcing experience in a similar talent sourcing/recruitment position
Proven experience with identifying and engaging hard-to-find candidates against competition
Hands-on experience with sourcing techniques (e.g. recruiting on social platforms and crafting Boolean search strings)
Very good experience in working with Linkedin Premium
Ability to positively present our company and open roles to potential candidates
Influential written and verbal communication, including the ability to articulate challenges and solutions with the use of data/reports to help ensure searches can be successful

Partner with Team Leader and with Sales Managers to understand role requirements, set clear expectations and implement effective sourcing plans to attract great people
Meet and exceed your goals that include: number of passive candidates that turn into applicants, number of submittals, submittal to interview ratio, and quality of hire.
Use Market data to identify qualified candidate profiles using various sourcing techniques
Create compelling candidate materials such as emails, job and social adverts to attract candidates
Brainstorm with the broader sourcing team in leveraging best practices across research techniques, Boolean searches, tools, networking and other sourcing methods
Use your strong social media and professional network skills to find new candidates and engage candidate pools over the longer term
Ability to grow positive and credible relationships with candidates, hiring managers and teammates
