For our business partner, a leading company that offers complex solutions for management, we are looking for a passionate Senior Software.Net Developer/Technical Leader with excellent back-end coding skills and a willingness to develop further as a Technical Lead.

Requirements

Several years (4+years) of passion in writing good quality code that transcends beyond the backlog stories.
Deep knowledge in .NET (Core) environment and OOP/design patterns, with a focus on web development and underlying concepts like HTTP protocol, REST API, single-page apps, cloud/distributed architectures, microservices, CI/CD, Kubernetes.
Previous involvement in enterprise products design/development and modern Agile SDLC understanding.
You are no stranger to SQL Server (or other RDBMS), with a focus on database design, complex queries, and a bit of profiling/optimization.
Hands-on experience with front-end concepts like HTML/CSS/JavaScript, but mastering REACT framework would be an advantage
Strong communication, coaching, problem-solving, and analytical skills

What will you do

Handling coding works or major/complex parts of assigned projects and providing coding help and supervision to team members.
Focusing the team to ensure on-time delivery of the agreed task
Design development, testing, and production environments that account for technology stack, security, considerations, performance, and integrations.
Lead and contribute to technical decision making on projects
Provide guidance and support for Front-End Development team members plus share knowledge amongst the team
Lead and mentor the development team throughout the project lifecycle
Offer mentorship and guidance to more juniors team members and help them grow
