Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist

• Minimum 1 year experience successfully recruiting or talent acquisition and dealing with high volumes
• Previous experience in a contact center or BPO industry is considered a plus
• The ability to develop strong communication channels with external candidates and a variety of internal managers over multiple business lines.
• Must be highly adaptable and have the ability to manage a requisition load that is cyclical and fast paced
• Must be able to adapt to changing priorities and interface with all levels of management
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and ideally in Spanish as well

Reporting direct to our Talent Acquisition Manager, Alina, as a Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist, you are to ensure you bring in the best and most suitable talent on the market for our office in Bucharest and Barcelona by offering a great candidate experience.
Your performance will also be measured on how well you:

• Work closely with Talent Acquisition Manager and hiring managers from TDCX Europe to identify staffing needs and determine best recruiting practices to attract the most highly qualified candidates
• Perform a variety of professional and administrative recruiting function in support of identifying, interviewing, evaluating, and selecting qualified employees to effectively meet the organizations staffing requirements
• Maintain the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) candidate records; create and run weekly tracking reports.
• Maintain strong relationships with community organizations to identify new sources of local talent and to promote TDCX as a partner in the community.
• Know the pulse of Recruiting as an industry and willing to always learn more. Stay abreast of the latest developments, best practices and trends in Recruiting
