Senior Product Owner

Hunt Group – a mix of recruitment (executive search and head hunting) and outsourcing activities in industries such as IT, oil&gas, banking, finance and automotive.

 Product Ownership or Project Management within a cross-functional team of at least 7 technical people
 Planning the Agile delivery of a project spanning multiple quarters
 Integrating within the life-cycle of a product/project that serves over 1 million users
 Identifying and solving complex problems derived from a mix of business, technical and human factors
 Communicating in English, verbally and in writing
 Degrees and certifications: BS degree in Computer Science or other-related field

 Create and/or maintain a healthy, prioritized Backlog for your assigned team(s)
 Create and/or maintain the Team Release Plan
 Answer all Dev Team questions in regard to work requirements
 Review and accept work completed by the Development Team
 Optimizing the Business Value that your assigned Scrum Team(s) produce
 Collaborate with the Scrum Master to evolve your assigned team(s) to High Performing status as per our definition
 Foresee any product level integration issues
 Ensure timely and objective information exchange between all the stakeholders, including reporting on team progress and performance
 Facilitate the production of Product Life-Cycle documentation
