    Requirements

    Position Requirements
    Required:

    ​Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Data Analysis, Engineering or equivalent
    ​1 or more years of hands-on experience with Salesforce in an Admin role
    ​Good understanding of Salesforce platform architecture
    Fluent in English

    Preferred:

    ​Salesforce Administrator Certification
    ​2 or more years of industry experience (relevant for any of the PMT businesses)
    ​2 or more years in a Sales Support function

    We have an opportunity for a Senior Sales Technology Specialist ​in our Performance Material & Technologies (PMT) department in Bucharest.

    The primary responsibility of this role is to deliver Tier 2 and Tier 3 SFDC (Salesforce.com) Support for Honeywell PMT (Performance Materials and Technologies) sales and other functions.

    Senior Sales Technology Specialist Key Responsibilities:

    Review SFDC change requests and work with business contacts to validate and translate business requirements into technical specifications
    Perform impact analysis for change requests
    Recommend a technical solution to meet the business requirement
    Demo the proposed solution where applicable/feasible
    Own assigned change requests through all implementation phases
    Obtain/maintain Salesforce Administrator Certification
